lean-pkg comparator migrate-signoff

move the deprecated inline judged_as / lean_pkg_scaffold keys of a configuration into lean-pkg-signoff.json; dry run unless –write (comparator config --migrate-signoff PATH is the same).

Also spelled: lean-pkg comparator config --migrate-signoff PATH (all aliases).

Usage

lean-pkg comparator migrate-signoff [--write] [common flags] PATH

[common flags]: --json, --commit, --push, --no-commit, also accepted before the command name; see the CLI overview.

Arguments and flags

Argument or flag Description
PATH the configuration; its Palomar keys are unchanged, its bytes (and so its receipt hash) change
--write write both files

Details

Form What it does Key flags
comparator migrate-signoff PATH needs no registry: move the deprecated inline judged_as and lean_pkg_scaffold keys of the configuration PATH into lean-pkg-signoff.json at the package root (one {reviewer, date, judged_as} per definition hole, config_sha256 bound to the migrated bytes; the scaffold block); dry run unless --write (prints both would-be files; --write writes the sidecar, then the configuration); refuses an inline sign-off that fails the rule, or a sidecar entry that conflicts; the Palomar keys and their values never change, but the file’s bytes do, so a gated package needs a new comparator receipt: the output says so and prints the commands; see The comparator tier [--write] [--json] (moved[], dropped[], config_sha256_before, config_sha256_after, receipt_impact, next_commands[], written)

JSON output

Top-level keys of --json, as recorded in the golden contract (tests/golden/json-keys.json):
